Quadrupled SCWIST’s flagship Ms. Infinity programming, reaching 9,600 participants (incl. 3,200 girls and 1,100 indigenous persons).

Managed $200,000 NSERC PromoScience Grant, 12-member committee, 120+ volunteers, incl. organizing 30+ events.

Restructured award adjudication process to make scholarship program more accessible to students in non-traditional programs.

Contributed to long-term strategic planning, spoke at 6 public functions as a director, and served on the BC Symbiosis STEM mentoring network.

Wrote grants and secured $6,000 in new funding ($5,000 in grants and $1,000 from donors) to ensure the longevity of youth programming.
